Editorial Notes

       As usual, the centrepiece of the first issue of the year of the complete review Quarterly is our annual State of the Site survey, looking back at 2002 at the complete review

       The only other piece on offer in this issue is a look at Gabe Hudson's short-lived claim to have received a letter from President Bush about his new book. Epistolary Fictions: Gabe Hudson doesn't write the President looks back at the whole strange episode and tries to make some sense of it. (There is also an appendix: Gabe Hudson doesn't write us.)
