Editorial Notes

       So slim is this issue of the complete review Quarterly that it's barely an issue at all !

       At least there's a new Literary Saloon dialogue, Time to Read.

       Due to unfortuante circumstances, as they occasionally occur, both the other pieces planned for this issue did not quite make it. That, and the fact that there's some internal competition from our own Literary Saloon (where many of the topics we might previously have covered here are now discussed), leaves us with rather little content to offer you. However, it makes for a good time to remind readers that you can offer us some: outside content is always welcome -- feel free to submit some !


       We're glad to have you at the Literary Saloon. Enjoy !
