Salome in Graz

Mistakes will be made -- or rather, they have been. Hopefully not too many.      The author welcomes being alerted to any other mistakes, slips, and typographical errors readers come across. I want to get this right.      (However, please: no complaints about the diæreses. Those are intentional.)

Errata

• Too many double-en-dashes (--) that should be em dashes (–) to mention. (Well, seven, apparently.) Sorry about that. (And curses to MS Word.)
  
  
• p. 64: Brewer’s Dictionary of Miracles: there's no reason whatsoever for "’s" to be in bold
• p. 191: Josef Kainz in the title- rôle: there shouldn't be a space between 'title-' and 'rôle'
• p. 236: It's details – alone the fact: should, of course, be: 'Its details – alone the fact'
• p. 246: To be desired as completely Jokanaan is by Salome?: should, of course, be: 'To be desired as completely as Jokanaan is by Salome?'
• p. 279: Norbert Jaron, Renate Möhrmann, Hedwig Müller, eds. Berlin – Theater der Jahrhundertwende, 1986, 522: 'Berlin – Theater der Jahrhundertwende' should be italicized.
• p. 291: Leipziger Tageblatt, vol. 99, no.513: 'Leipziger Tageblatt' should be italicized.
